How does MemoPryl shipping work?
You order through the seller's order desk, and the order is sent from there. We have no confirmed delivery times, carrier or shipping cost, so we state none.
Many pages invent a neat "5 to 7 days" and hope no one checks. That helps no one if your parcel is late. The honest source is your order confirmation and the desk.
Shipping may be a charge at checkout. Free shipping is not confirmed, so look at the shipping line before you pay. See the pricing page for the fill-in slots.
When a delivery window and shipping cost are confirmed, they will be shown here with the date we checked them.

How do I track my MemoPryl order?
Use the details in your order confirmation first. If you have none, call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 or email [email protected] with your order ID.
The desk handles tracking, changes and refunds on placed orders. The website inbox, [email protected], cannot see orders, so emailing it will not find your parcel.

What if my MemoPryl order is late or missing?
Contact the order desk with your order ID. Ask for the shipping status and, if the parcel is lost, what the desk will do. Do not reorder before you have an answer.
A second order can cause a second charge. Wait until the desk tells you the first is lost or cancelled.
Write down what you were told and when. A dated note makes a later refund or card dispute much easier to explain.

Can I change my address or cancel before MemoPryl ships?
Call the order desk as soon as you can. The desk lists changes among the things it handles, but we cannot promise a change once an order has shipped.
Give the full name, email and order ID, and the new address. Ask for a written confirmation of what was changed.
Orders are not changed by the website inbox. It only handles pages, typos, privacy and press, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET.
A change is easier before the parcel leaves. After that, it may need to be a return.

What should I check when my MemoPryl parcel arrives?
Open it in front of a light, and check the seal, the label, the capsule count and the lot number. Trust the bottle you receive over any page.
Count the capsules against the number printed on the front. Label A shows 30 and label B shows 60, so a count that matches neither deserves a call to the desk. Directions, a facts panel and warnings should be on the bottle itself.
Check your medicines before you take a capsule. St. John's wort can make many medicines weaker (NCCIH, St. John's Wort safety), while ginkgo may raise bleeding risk (NCCIH, Ginkgo). Ask your doctor or pharmacist, and keep taking prescribed medicine.
The lot reference on the batch check page is a seller code, not lab proof. If the bottle is damaged or does not match, call the desk, and keep the packaging.
