MemoPryl FAQ: 40 Plain Answers on Safety, Orders and Returns
The MemoPryl FAQ answers 40 questions in seven groups: the bottles, the label, medicines, daily use, orders, returns and this website. Each answer starts with the short version. Where the bottle images give no fact, such as a dose or a price, the answer says so and points you to the order desk or your pharmacist.

What does the MemoPryl FAQ cover?
No question matches. Try another word.
The MemoPryl FAQ covers 40 questions in seven groups: the product and its two bottles, the label, medicines and surgery, daily use, orders, returns, and this website. Type a word above to filter them, or open a group below.
Every answer starts with the short version. Where the bottle images give no fact, such as a dose, a price or a maker, we say so in plain words. We do not fill a gap with a guess.
Two points sit under almost every answer. The two bottle images disagree, and the bottle you receive wins. And keep taking your prescribed medicine, and ask your doctor or pharmacist before you start.

Is MemoPryl a pill, a gummy or a drink?
MemoPryl is a capsule. Both bottle images show a dietary supplement in capsule form, not a gummy, a powder or drops. It is sold only to adults aged 18 and over. Swallow it as the bottle directs, and read the directions printed on the bottle you receive.
Why do the two MemoPryl bottle images look different?
They carry different words. The first reads Cognitive Support Formula* and 30 Capsules. The second one reads Advanced Formula, By NutraVibe and 60 CAPSULES. We do not know why. The bottle that arrives is the source of truth, so compare it with both images before you open it.
Which company manufactures the MemoPryl capsules?
No image we have names a manufacturer or distributor. Label B carries the words By NutraVibe, and that is all we can report from it. This website is run by MemoPryl USA retail, the seller, which is not the maker. The order desk can be asked for the maker's name.
Is MemoPryl a drug?
No. It is a dietary supplement. FDA does not check supplements for safety or effectiveness before they go on sale (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements). It is not meant to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease, and it is not a stand-in for a doctor's care or for any prescribed medicine.
Do the MemoPryl capsules count as a nootropic?
It is sold in the nootropic space, but the word has no medical meaning. People use it for any product aimed at thinking or focus. Whether a capsule helps is a question for evidence, and no study has tested MemoPryl itself. The plain guide on nootropics explains the term.
Can adults over 65 use MemoPryl?
The bottle images say nothing about an upper age, so we cannot give one. Older adults often take several medicines, and two of the six named ingredients can clash with common ones. Show the bottle to your pharmacist first, and keep taking your prescribed medicine.

MemoPryl ingredients and label questions
Six ingredient names are tied to MemoPryl through a sibling pack, and none is confirmed for the bottle you receive. The answers below separate what the images show from what the seller's product notes says.
Why does this site name six ingredients if the label shows none?
The six names come from a sibling MemoPryl pack named in the seller's product notes, not from a panel on the bottle images. We list them so you can check each one, and we mark them unconfirmed. If your bottle lists something else, your bottle is right and we are not.
Why are no milligrams listed anywhere?
No Supplement Facts panel was supplied, so no amount is known for any ingredient. We will not guess one. Studies used set amounts, shown on the ingredients page, but a capsule may hold more or less. Ask the order desk to send the panel before you compare.
Does MemoPryl contain caffeine?
None of the six named ingredients is caffeine, but the other ingredients are not printed, so we cannot rule it out. Check the panel on your bottle. FDA gives 400 mg a day as an amount not generally linked to harm for most adults (FDA, Caffeine).
Are MemoPryl capsules gluten free, vegetarian or dairy free?
Brand badges say gluten free, vegetarian and dairy free, but no certifier is named. Treat the badges as the seller's claims. If you have celiac disease or an allergy, read the other-ingredients line on the bottle and ask the desk about the capsule shell.
What do the asterisks on the MemoPryl label mean?
The asterisk points to the FDA statement that the claim has not been evaluated and that the product is not meant to diagnose, treat or prevent disease. The law requires that wording on structure and function claims (FDA, Structure/Function Claims). Look for the full statement on your bottle.
Are the other ingredients and the capsule shell listed?
Not on any image we have. Fillers, binders and the shell material are unknown. If you avoid an animal-derived or allergenic ingredient, call the order desk before you order, and read the Supplement Facts panel as soon as the bottle arrives.
The long version is on the ingredients page and the label page.

MemoPryl safety and medicine questions
Ask your doctor or pharmacist before you start, and keep taking your prescribed medicine. Two of the six names carry real risks: St. John's wort weakens many medicines, and ginkgo may raise bleeding risk (NCCIH, St. John's Wort safety) (NCCIH, Ginkgo).
If you take any medicine, show the bottle to a pharmacist first. They can check it against your whole list.
Which medicines clash with St. John's wort?
St. John's wort can weaken many medicines, including antidepressants, birth control pills, warfarin, some seizure, heart, HIV and cancer drugs, and transplant medicines (NCCIH, St. John's Wort safety). It is one of the six names on a sibling pack. Ask a pharmacist to check your list before you start.
Can I take MemoPryl with aspirin or a blood thinner?
Ask first. Ginkgo, another of the six names, can thin the blood, and so can aspirin and warfarin, so together they may raise bleeding risk (FDA, Mixing Meds and Supplements). Do not change your prescribed medicine on your own. Your pharmacist can check the bottle against your list.
What should I tell a surgeon about MemoPryl?
Tell your surgeon about it and ask when to stop. A health care professional may ask you to stop supplements two to three weeks before a procedure, to avoid changes in heart rate, blood pressure or bleeding (FDA, Mixing Meds and Supplements). Dental work counts, so tell your dentist too.
What symptoms mean a medicine mix may be going wrong?
Look for agitation, diarrhea, a fast heartbeat, hallucinations and a high body temperature, which can start within minutes to hours (MedlinePlus, Serotonin syndrome). It happens when medicines that raise serotonin are combined. Call your provider at once, and never stop a prescribed medicine on your own.
Could MemoPryl make me sleepy or jittery?
It might. Studies of single ingredients report sleepiness with St. John's wort (MSK, St. John's Wort), mild sedation with bacopa (StatPearls, Bacopa monnieri) and insomnia with phosphatidylserine (Cleveland Clinic, Phosphatidyl.). We cannot say what your bottle does. Note how you feel, and do not drive until you know.
Can pregnant or nursing women use MemoPryl?
Ask a physician first. MemoPryl is sold to adults, and St. In pregnancy, John's wort may be unsafe, since it may raise the risk of birth defects (NCCIH, St. John's Wort safety). Memorial Sloan Kettering says pregnant or breastfeeding women should not take it (MSK, St. John's Wort).
Where do I report a bad reaction to MemoPryl?
Stop using it and get medical help if the reaction is serious. Then report it through FDA's Safety Reporting Portal (FDA, Report a Supplement Problem). Also tell the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID. Keep the bottle, the lot code and a note of the date.

How to take MemoPryl: daily use questions
Take the number of capsules your bottle directs and no more. No directions are printed on any image we have, so this site gives no dose.
What if I miss a MemoPryl capsule?
Follow the directions on your bottle. No directions are printed on any image we have, so we cannot say. A missed capsule is not a reason to take two. If the bottle is silent on this, ask your pharmacist or the order desk instead of guessing.
Is MemoPryl better taken with food or on an empty stomach?
The bottle images give no timing, so follow the bottle you receive. Stomach upset is reported with several of the six named ingredients, including phosphatidylserine and bacopa. If a capsule upsets your stomach, tell your pharmacist and ask whether food would help.
How long does one bottle last?
That depends on the capsules a day your bottle directs, and on whether you hold 30 or 60. Type your own daily number into the supply calculator on the how-to-use page. It gives days per bottle and bottles for a month. It never suggests a dose.
How long should I try MemoPryl before judging it?
Trials of bacopa ran 12 weeks or longer (Kongkeaw 2014, Bacopa meta-analys.), which is longer than a 60-day money-back window. So pick a review date before the window ends, keep a short daily note, and decide with your doctor. A new memory change is a reason for a visit, not for more waiting.
Where should I store the bottle?
Follow the storage line on your bottle. None is printed on the images we have. As a general habit, keep the cap tight and the bottle out of the reach of children, and keep it away from heat and damp. Check the lot code and the safety seal when it arrives.
The calculator and the daily dial are on the how-to-use page.

Buying MemoPryl: order and payment questions
Orders go through the order page on this site, and the order desk handles them after that. No price is confirmed, so the live checkout is the only place to read one.
Is MemoPryl sold on Amazon, Walmart or eBay?
As far as we know, none of them lists it. The order buttons on this site go to the order page, which shows the order desk. A bottle from an unofficial seller cannot be checked against the seller's terms, so treat one with care and ask the desk first.
Does MemoPryl have a subscription or auto-ship?
None is confirmed. No checkout link was supplied, so we have not seen the order form. Read the whole screen before you pay. Look for a pre-ticked box, a repeat-shipment line or a trial offer, and ask the order desk to confirm in writing that nothing repeats.
Which payment methods can I use?
The order panel shows a row of card logos. We cannot confirm which cards the live checkout takes. Read the payment screen, and use a card, not a debit transfer, if you want your card issuer to be able to dispute a charge.
Where do I find tracking for my MemoPryl package?
Call +1 (302) 200-3480 or email [email protected], giving your order ID. The desk handles tracking. The inbox on this website cannot see orders. The shipping page explains what to have ready, and what to do if the tracking number does not move for several days.
Can I change or cancel an order after I place it?
Call the order desk as soon as you can, with your order ID. We have no confirmed cut-off time, so a quick call is best. Once a parcel ships, the return steps apply instead. Ask the desk to confirm the change by email so you have a record.
Why might the charge on my statement look different?
The desk is a shared order desk, listed as the BuyGoods default order desk, so the name on your card statement may not read MemoPryl. We could not confirm the exact wording. Check the order email, and call the desk before you dispute a charge.

MemoPryl returns and refund questions
A 60-day money-back window is listed by the order desk. It is not confirmed, so read the live terms at checkout. The buyer pays return shipping.
Call first
Ring +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID.
Mail with tracking
Send the bottles with your name, email and order ID.
Wait for the credit
Refund follows in 3 to 5 business days, then 5 to 10 on the card.
Do I have to mail the bottles back to get a refund?
The desk's steps say to ask first, then mail the bottles back with tracking. Whether empty or opened bottles count is not confirmed. Call before you ship, ask, and write down the name of the person and the date. The terms at checkout decide.
Who pays for return shipping?
The buyer pays. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt, because the refund clock starts when the returned bottles are credited. Ask the desk before you mail anything so the parcel is not refused, and pack the bottles so they do not break.
After a return, how soon is the money back?
Plan on 3 to 5 business days after the returned bottles are credited, then 5 to 10 days for your card issuer to post it. So the full wait can reach about three weeks from the day you mail. Ask the desk for a date, and keep your tracking record.
Where do I send returned bottles?
Mail them to 110 William Street, Floor 19, New York, NY 10038, USA. Call first, and put your full name, email and order ID in the parcel. Do not send them to the office address or to the website inbox, which cannot see orders. A tracked service protects you if the parcel goes missing.
Does the 60 days start at the order or at delivery?
That is not confirmed. The order desk lists a 60-day window, common on this desk, but the live terms decide the start date. To be safe, count from the order date, and call within the first few weeks. The guarantee page shows the steps.
Full steps are on the guarantee page and the refund policy.

About Memopryl.cc: trust and website questions
This website is a seller's site, and it says so. It earns money from order links, prints no unverified review, and leaves the medical reviewer slot open until a real reviewer is on file.
Is Memopryl.cc the maker's website?
No. This site is run by MemoPryl USA retail, a seller, not the manufacturer or the distributor of the bottle. We read the label, name what is missing and send orders to the seller's order page. Anything about the maker must come from the bottle or the desk.
How does this website make money?
We earn money when a visitor orders through our links. That is a reason to read us with care, so we print no price, rating or claim we cannot confirm, and we state gaps in plain words. The about page explains how orders pass through the site.
Why are there no customer reviews or star ratings?
None is verified. FTC rules ban fake and bought reviews (FTC 2024, fake reviews rule), so we leave the cards empty rather than fill them. The photos in the review slots come from the vendor and are labelled that way. We will add real reviews with their dates when they exist.
Can the website team see my order?
No. The inbox at [email protected] answers questions about pages, typos, privacy and press, Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET. It has no access to orders, payments or tracking. For anything about an order, call +1 (302) 200-3480 or email [email protected].
Who reviews the medical content here?
No medical reviewer is named yet. The slot on each page is left open on purpose, because we will not invent one or print a name that has not agreed. The pages cite NIH, FDA, FTC and peer-reviewed sources, which you can open and check for yourself.

Whom do I contact if my question is not listed?
Contact the order desk for anything about an order, and the website inbox for anything about these pages. Pick the right one, and you will get an answer sooner.
Tracking, changes and refunds on placed orders go to +1 (302) 200-3480 or [email protected]. Pages, typos, privacy and press go to [email protected], Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET. The website inbox cannot see orders.
For a medical question, ask a pharmacist or your doctor. We read labels; we do not give medical advice. See the contact page for all addresses.
