This site is run by MemoPryl USA retail and does not process refunds. The order desk does. If a term here differs from your order confirmation, the confirmation wins.
The steps are short, but they have to be done in order. A bottle mailed without a request can be hard to match to an order.
Every step needs it: the call, the email and the parcel. Write it on a note and keep it with the bottles.

Who pays for MemoPryl return shipping?
You do. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, so send it tracked and keep the receipt. The postage is a cost to weigh before a large pack.
Tracking matters because it proves the bottles left you and reached the address. Without it, a lost parcel can mean a lost refund.

Can I cancel a MemoPryl order before it ships?
Call the order desk right away. The desk handles changes, but we cannot promise a cancellation once an order has shipped.

FDA lists allergic reactions, bleeding and stroke-like symptoms as serious (FDA, Report a Supplement Problem). St. John's wort can make many medicines weaker (NCCIH, St. John's Wort safety), while ginkgo may raise bleeding risk (NCCIH, Ginkgo). Tell your doctor which capsules you took.
Keep taking prescribed medicine unless a clinician says otherwise. Keep the bottle, which helps a doctor see what you took, and the order ID, which the desk needs.
