No rating is shown because none can be checked. A star score with no source tells you nothing, and a made-up one could mislead you into a purchase.
The FTC rule covers fake or false reviews, reviews written by people who never used the product, paid reviews with a set tone, and company-run sites that pose as independent review sources (FTC 2024, fake reviews rule).
