MemoPryl Dosage: Why We Print No Number
The MemoPryl dosage is not printed on any bottle image we have, so we give no number and you should not guess one. Go by the directions on the bottle that arrives. Study amounts exist for a few ingredients, but they belong to trials, not to a capsule whose contents are unknown.

What is the MemoPryl dosage?
We do not know the MemoPryl dosage, because no image we have prints a serving size, a capsule count per day or an amount for any ingredient.
A number from a website would be made up. Only the bottle you receive can tell you how many capsules count as one serving.
The two images also disagree on size, 30 or 60 capsules. See the guide to taking the capsules.
What amounts did studies use for the named ingredients?
Studies used set daily amounts for four of the six names. Those figures are a reference for trials, not a dose for MemoPryl.
Phosphatidylserine was tested at 100 mg or 300 mg a day for six months in one trial of 78 adults (Kato-Kataoka 2010, soy PS trial). Ginkgo extract was tested at 120 mg twice a day in a large trial of older adults (DeKosky 2008, GEM trial, JAMA). Bacopa extract is typically cited at 300 to 600 mg a day (LiverTox, Bacopa monnieri). Acetyl-L-carnitine trials used 1 to 3 g a day (NIH ODS, Carnitine).
| Ingredient | Studied per day |
|---|---|
| Phosphatidylserine | 100 or 300 mg |
| Ginkgo extract | 240 mg |
| Bacopa extract | 300 to 600 mg |
| MemoPryl capsule | Not printed |
Why can a study dose not be copied to a capsule?
A study dose belongs to one extract, one population and one length of time. A capsule that names the same plant may hold a different extract at a different strength.
The big ginkgo trial used a set leaf extract in adults aged 75 or older (DeKosky 2008, GEM trial, JAMA). That tells you little about a mixed capsule with an unknown amount.
More capsules do not mean more memory. They can mean more side effects and more interaction risk.

FAQ01
Questions people ask about MemoPryl
Is there a safe upper limit for MemoPryl capsules?
No upper limit is printed on any image we have, so we cannot name one. Use the maximum your bottle states and never go past it. If the bottle gives none, call your pharmacist before you take a capsule.
Can I double the MemoPryl dosage if I miss a day?
Do not double up. A missed day does not create a debt, and extra capsules add side effect and interaction risk. Return to the directions on your bottle at the next scheduled time and ask your pharmacist if you are unsure.
Do study doses apply to MemoPryl capsules?
No. Study doses came from trials of a set extract in a set group, and the MemoPryl amounts are unknown. Use study figures only to see how large a gap there might be between a trial and a capsule.
