How do I cancel a MemoPryl order?
Call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 and give your order ID. Then send the same request by email to [email protected].
Changes and refunds on placed orders all run through that desk. The website inbox at [email protected] cannot see orders and cannot cancel one.
We have not seen a published cutoff time or a self-service cancel page, so we cannot say how long you have. Treat every hour as counting.
